Questions
How do I invoice a regular garden visit?
Add a line for the visit with the date range, such as "Fortnightly lawn care, March", and the number of visits as the quantity.
Should I list materials separately?
Yes. Plants, compost and tools hire are clearer as their own lines.
Can I charge for waste removal?
Yes. Add a line for it, for example "Green waste removal, one load".
Do gardeners charge VAT?
Only if VAT registered. Most small gardening businesses are not.
