Privacy policy
Short and plain. Last updated 6 October 2026.
What we keep
To save you typing, the tool remembers your business name, address, email, phone, logo, payment details and your next invoice number. This is stored on the device you use, not on our servers. Client details and invoice items are not remembered.
You can remove all of it at any time with the Clear my saved details link under the form, or by clearing the site data in your device settings.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for an account, a name or an email address. The invoices you make are not sent to us and we do not keep copies. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites.
Visit counts
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, which pages are popular and roughly which country visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not follow you from site to site. The data is totals, not profiles.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to delete or send back. If you think we hold something about you, contact Nine By Sixteen Ltd through the details on Companies House and we will look into it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
